Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using ClassFast ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and ClassFast ("we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store and Google Play Store terms of service.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Transfer your license to another person without our consent
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App

To use ClassFast, you need to create an account with your email and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.

When using ClassFast, you agree to:

• Provide accurate class and student information for proper management
• Use the App solely for educational management purposes
• Respect the privacy of your students and their personal information
• Not upload any offensive, illegal, or harmful content
• Not interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

You retain ownership of all class data, student information, attendance records, financial data, and other content you enter into the App. By using our cloud service, you grant us permission to store and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and store any personal information about your students, and that such collection complies with applicable data protection laws.

ClassFast is currently provided as a free service. We reserve the right to introduce premium features or subscription plans in the future, with prior notice to users.

We strive to maintain high availability of the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy of attendance, financial calculations, or statistics
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
• The security of data transmitted over the internet
• Compatibility with all devices or operating system versions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClassFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other losses arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any errors in data entry, attendance records, or financial calculations
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Decisions made based on information provided by the App

You may stop using the App at any time. You can request account deletion by contacting us, which will permanently remove all your data within 30 days.

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam.
