🔐 Your class data and student information are kept strictly confidential. Only you and authorized teaching assistants can access your class data.
4. Data Storage & Retention
Your data is stored on our secure MongoDB cloud servers, protected by industry-standard encryption and access controls.
- Cloud Storage: Data is retained as long as your account is active. Deleted accounts are permanently removed within 30 days.
- Local Cache: Some data is cached locally on your device for offline access and performance. This cache is cleared when you log out or uninstall the app.

- Access Control: Each user can only access their own data. Teaching assistants have permission-based access controlled by the class owner.
While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to keep your device and account credentials secure.
7. Your Rights & Choices
You have full control over your data:
- Access & Export: View all your class data, attendance records, and financial reports within the app. Export data to Excel.
- Edit: Modify any class, student, schedule, or payment information.
- Delete Data: Delete individual classes, students, or records at any time.
- Delete Account: Contact us to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
- Notification Control: Enable or disable attendance reminders, tuition fee alerts, and schedule notifications independently.
8. Children's Privacy
ClassFast is designed for teachers and educational center administrators. It is not intended for direct use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete the information.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the app and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
